Frontpost helps local businesses manage Google Business Profile operations, including review analysis, report generation, post drafting, and owner approval workflows.
Information We Collect
We collect account details, business profile details, billing metadata, support messages, and operational data needed to provide the service. If you connect Google Business Profile, we store access tokens needed to perform approved actions.
How We Use Information
- To generate reports, draft replies, draft posts, and provide dashboard access.
- To send transactional emails, approval links, diagnostics, and service updates.
- To process payments, prevent abuse, monitor reliability, and improve the product.
Google Business Profile Data
When you connect a Google account, Frontpost requests the permissions required to read managed business locations and perform owner-approved profile operations. We do not sell Google user data. We use it only to provide the service you requested.
Service Providers
We may use providers such as Stripe, Gmail SMTP, SerpApi, Anthropic, Twilio, Railway, and Google APIs. These providers process data only as needed for hosting, billing, messaging, analytics, and automation.
Retention and Deletion
We retain data while your account is active or as needed for legal, billing, security, and operational purposes. You may request deletion by contacting support@frontpost.co.
Email Preferences
Marketing and outreach emails include an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages related to active service delivery may still be sent when required to operate your account.
