Last updated: May 27, 2026

These terms govern your use of Frontpost, a managed Google Business Profile operations service for local businesses.

Service

Frontpost provides review analysis, report generation, content drafts, approval workflows, and related operational support. Some features may be beta, manual, or marked as coming soon.

Customer Approval

Review replies, posts, and profile changes may be drafted by Frontpost but remain subject to business owner approval before publication unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for ensuring that you have authority to manage the business profile connected to Frontpost.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, limits, and included features are shown on the pricing page or in a written agreement. Taxes and third-party fees may apply.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Frontpost to publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or policy-violating content. We may suspend access if use creates security, legal, or platform-compliance risk.

Third-Party Platforms

Frontpost integrates with third-party services including Google, Stripe, email providers, AI providers, and messaging tools. Their availability and policies may affect the service.

Limitation of Liability

Frontpost is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontpost is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, platform ranking changes, or third-party service outages.
